1. Subscriber Identification & Verification

Subscribers must provide valid identification documents (e.g., NID/Passport) to verify their legal status. SR Online reserves the right to audit these documents and temporarily disconnect or terminate services if any false or misleading information is provided. Subscribers are obligated to inform us immediately of any updates to their personal details.

2. Service Delivery & Support Timeline

SR Online strives to deliver internet services and resolve technical issues within the promised timeframe. In the event of unavoidable technical delays or network disruptions, subscribers will be notified as soon as reasonably practical.

3. Equipment & Line Ownership

All core network connections, drop cables, fiber lines, and core infrastructure equipment provided by SR Online remain the sole property of the company. Subscribers are responsible for keeping the physical hardware installed at their premises safe and undamaged.

4. Payment Terms & Disconnection Policy

Monthly subscription bills must be paid in advance by the due date. Failure to process payment on time may result in automatic service suspension or disconnection without prior notice. Reactivation fees may apply upon clearing overdue bills.

5. Data Privacy & Network Security

While SR Online employs robust network-level security and firewalls, subscribers are strongly advised to run their own security software, antivirus, and firewalls on personal devices. SR Online is not responsible for data loss or breach resulting from subscriber device vulnerability.

6. Connection Fees & Tariff Adjustments

Connection fees and package rates are determined based on bandwidth choice, connection type, and physical location. SR Online reserves the right to modify tariff rates or terms subject to official regulatory updates or operational decisions, with prior notice given to subscribers.
