Refund & Return Policy

Important Notice

We do not offer any kind of refund for purchases of our internet services. Please be sure before making any payment or subscribing to a package that our services are non-refundable products.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All subscription fees, connection charges, monthly billings, and service setup fees paid to SR Online are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is completed or a line/service is activated, no full or partial refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

2. Monthly Subscriptions & Pre-payments

Internet packages are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycle. If you decide to cancel or terminate your service prior to the end of your paid billing period, no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining unused days.

3. Routers & Hardware Equipment

Physical devices purchased directly through us (such as Fiber Optical Routers/ONU, Cat6 Cable, etc.) are covered solely under the respective manufacturer’s warranty policy. Once sold and configured, hardware items cannot be returned for a cash refund.

4. Technical Downtime & Outages

While we strive for 99.9% network uptime, occasional service disruptions due to fiber cable cuts, natural disasters, or upstream maintenance are inevitable. Unplanned technical downtime does not qualify for monetary refunds. However, our engineering team works 24/7 to restore service as quickly as possible.
